Try this great kettlebell workout in between training sessions.

You ladder up (increase repetitions) each movement, as you switch sides. Go through the series of movements outlined below, and shown in the video, on your right side once. And, do five kettlebell swings. Then, do the same sequence on your left once. And, do five kettlebell swings. Then, go through the sequence again on your left, doing each movement twice. Add the five swings. Then, repeat for your right side twice. Again, add five kettlebell swings. Continue with this pattern of increasing repetitions by one, until you have completed five repetitions for each movement in the sequence on your right and left sides. Remember to add five swings each time you change sides. If you have anything left, you can then then ladder back down by repeating the process but decreasing the repetitions each time (five, four, three…).
